Margaret Zhang

Margaret Zhang, an Australian-born Chinese Photographer, filmmaker, consultant, and writer, is not the new editor-in-chief of Vogue China. She’s an absolute inspiration to all of us who love putting that third layer on, especially the blazers! Her style is simple, yet very striking.

Blazers and tailored trousers being her staple go-to, she truly loves to experiment with different hair colors, and adding a dash of color to her eyelids, is everything she does! Yea, seriously!

If you love fashion, and you love styling those oversized blazers that you’ve stored in your wardrobe, I feel you! Don’t be ever stuck in finding ways to style them differently in the most statement-making etiquettes as I’ve got you covered!

Margaret Zhang Career

Margaret Zhang started her career when she was 16, she started her blog. She attended her first fashion show which was funded by her university in New York. Later she collaborated with Matchesfashion as a guest buyer during New York Fashion Week in 2014.

She started her fashion styling, photography, and consultancy skills as she got opportunities in L’Officiel, Harper’s Bazaar, Nylon, Marie Claire, Buro24/7, and Elle where her imagery was featured.

After that Zhang started attending fashion weeks and gained popularity. She was featured in Forbes under 30 in the year 2016. Now she is the Editor in Chief of Vogue, China.

These are a few of my favorite pictures that I refer to every time I want to style a statement-making blazer look.
