We saw fashion influencers ace up their games for this one, and we’ve witnessed the best of Paris Spring Summer Street style 2023 fashion, with fits inspired by school uniforms providing substantial wardrobe inspiration.

Fashion Month had its grand finale in its french capital Paris. Inaugurating with the crème de la crème of legendary fashion houses that includes Dior, Saint Laurent, and Dries Van Noten alongside rising labels like DIDU and Maitrepierre, ending with  Stella McCartney, Chanel, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton who joined the party displaying their collection.

Neutrals were fashionable in terms of color and appeared in rich, grey tweed fabrics and crisp white cotton (with many having made the most of the button-down shirt)

While some adopted traditional Parisian garb like blazers, berets, and LBDs, others flipped this on its head by adopting trends for fall like the trench dress and futuristic accessories that were popularised by designers like Maria Grazia Chiuri, Isabel Marant, and Olivier Rousteing.

Bold turquoise can come to rescue a monochromatic outfit, an oversized blazer always works!

We’re never getting bored of neutrals, even if we’re talking street-style trends were making a statement, and creativity is always expected.

Another way of styling neutrals is to add fun hair colors or statement accessories. These can follow the color story or even be a contrast depending on what suits you better.

On October 3, Lee wore a trench coat, a trench suit, and a leather beret to the Thom Browne show. She carried the black leather Hector purse by the designer, which is shaped like a puppy.

At PFW, novelty knit clothing was often worn. Here, a spectator donned a blouse with a cheetah print over a crochet sweater.

Expert in fashion Julie Pelipas wore a cropped bomber over low-rise pants and boots to look professional on the bottom and sporty on top.

The Miu Miu presentation was also attended by model Kiwi Lee, who sported a stylish denim ensemble.

Shacket with bold colors is on the go. Beautiful sundials and classic greens is a huge trend for 2023.

Sherri McMullen, the creator of McMullen Boutique, wore earth tones to the day’s performances.

Influencer Aimee Song, meanwhile, wore a spangled pink translucent dress to the Miu Miu presentation.

Influencer Yoyo Cao attended the Louis Vuitton show while dressed in a flowing dress and turtleneck.

The trend of wearing sheer dresses is still popular. But one street styler chose to complement her appearance with a richly decorated leather jacket and western-style boots rather than showing it all.

In their respective skirt and jacket ensembles, TZR Editor-in-Chief Kathy Lee and Tiffany Reid, senior vice president of fashion at BDG Media, made their way to the final day of PFW shows.

Everyone enjoys a good pair of rain boots, but wearing over-the-knee boots can elevate your look, as this visitor did on October 4 when she attended the Chanel presentation.

Regular at Fashion Week Tamu McPherson paired her preppy plaid suit with ballet slippers, one of the season’s reemerging shoe trends.

Tiffany Hsu, the fashion buying director at Mytheresa, toyed with proportions in her monochromatic grey ensemble by combining loose-fitting sweatpants with a corset top and a long, structured coat.

In a plaid skirt, blazer, and topcoat, model Kozue Akimoto exuded serious schoolgirl vibes. She added the finishing touches by pairing her shiny shoes with knee-high socks and her white button-down shirt with a black tie.

Influencer Alyssa Coscarelli paid homage to Miu Miu’s Fall/Winter collection to attend the label’s show in Paris.

Micro mini skirts with added layers are something we can work on day in and day out. Focus on layering different prints and textures like the plaids being styled with subtle button-down shirts while you can add contrasting pieces of layers in between.

Denim trends will be soaring in the next few months with the introduction of interesting silhouettes, taking denim from casual wear to more party and occasion-appropriate.

Another denim silhouette that we’re looking at, is oversized blazers dressed down with joggers for a casual approach.

Paris Fashion Week was a beautiful amalgamation of classic pieces and statement cuts. While we witnessed Editor-in-Chief of TZR Kathy Lee and Tiffany Reid, senior vice president of fashion at BDG Media, both wearing skirt and jacket outfits as they made their way to the final day of PFW events.

Reid paired a Chanel navy tweed skirt with its jacket, while Lee combined a zipped, black leather pencil skirt with a Chanel tweed top is also one of the best looks we’ve witnessed.
